SATURDAYmade with love I came across one simple oh-so-very-cheap wooden hanger sitting not-so-pretty waiting for someone to pick it up. That
thing needs a make-over and a new home. I had my mind on a bottle of satin pink spray paint of mine that has been sitting at home waiting to be used by moi. Hiks.
A few hours later, "zzzzzzzzzzt zzzzzzzzzzzzt (spraying) crk crk crk (shaking the spray bottle) zzzzzzztttttt zzzzzzztttttttt ppppppffffffftttt"
Hubby asked me and the kids to join him for a trip to the grocery store. I picked up a stickopotamus letter stickers for ninety some cents.

All the birthday presents for Princess Nadja from us are finally wrapped up. Well, actually, boxed up! They are all small little things but we are sure Nadja will be one happy camper. When hubby and I went to Burlington last week, we bought a round 'vintage-like' hat box and a matching smaller box that has a picture of a crown and 'HIGH MAINTENANCE' print. Too cute! That will match the theme of her bday party!
FROM DADDY:
A round hat box and a square box that can be use for her knick knacks and hair stuff in her room. 30 pairs of plastic bear earrings. A tiny little pink pillow that says "DADDY'S GIRL". Glitter spray lotion and swirl strawberry from Bath Body Works. Lip Balm from American Girl Bath Body Works. A little red book. "...dreamland" wall hanging. Care Bear story books. Tiara knee length socks and sunglasses from Gymboree. Two baby blue polkadots bolsters aka bantal guling.
FROM MOMMY:
Another round box, 'A LIL BIT PRINCESS' pillow, "DREAM" cloud shaped pillow, tiara wind chimes, XOXO t shirt with a picture of a kitty wearing a bling bling tiara, pair of XOXO pants "IF FOUND PLEASE RETURN THIS PRINCESS TO THE NEAREST SHOPPING MALL"

They are currently hidden under our bed. We'll see how long they will stay there without the princess come and take a little peek.
SUNDAY
trip to the museums! took the kids
here and
here. it was aidan first trip to the museums. it was a loooooooooong day but we had soooooooo much fun. both museums located next to each other and they are connected. they are huge. or as nadja says 'gigantic'. we stopped at their lil souvenir shop to get nadja a set of stamps and coloring pencils, a dino-mite book for aidan, a little jade stone for nadja's stone/rock collections and a dinosaurs puzzle. after the museums, we ate dinner at Lulu's. i had a big bowl of pho soup. met sontya, an indo student that works there. we talked a little bit. as we were heading home, joe (si jojon hehe)called and told me that he walked in the bistro about 2 minutes after I walked out. Arrrrrrrrrrrrgghhhhhhh. Well, there's always next time.

MY GIRL Y'ALL!!!
I am enjoying every single minute of my time planning and preparing for nadja's 5th bday. Nadja wants a fairytale/princess party. I kinda got caught in the moment and went crazy with the ideas. I am having soooooooooo much fun. Still cant believe my baby girl will be F.I.V.E soon.

i took nadja to mr rogers' neighborhood playground at the mall on saturday. this mall is not the one close by. its further drive. close to where evi lives so I called her and set the time to meet up. went into one store and another, met debbie and she was like, all surprise and she said 'i saw jenna earlier and guess who's in the fitting room?' i raised my eyebrow. she yelled "hey come out now, guess who's out here?"
"dwiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii"

she just got new tattoo, its brand spankin new. skin still wrinkle and all y'all. i love all of hers. they are just fabulous.

bought me some outfits from wet seal. yay for cheapo stuff! nadja got some from children's place. evi showed up at 4 carrying a gymboree gift box for aidan and a cup of ice cold coke for me. aaaaaah how sweet! thanks for the outfits yaaaaaa bow. i am sure aidan will look cute. we chatted for a little bit. it was a nice catch-up though. would love to stay longer but we had to head up the hotel across the street to meet up with rob for the banquet. food was great . nadja had so much fun playing with the other kids. we didnt get home til almost midnite. long day. missing aidan so bad. he was home with grandma.

DARI SENIN KE SENIN KE SENIN LAGI
Sepertinya gue lupa cerita ya kalo hari
Senin dua minggu lalu, kita bawa Tuan Aidan tuk imunisasi. 3 shots!!! waaaaaaaaaa...ga tega liatnya! gue tu paling sebel kalo nganter anak2 suntik. kayaknya kok kejaaaaaaaaaam banget gitu. Anyway, he did good, dan semakin ndut karena beratnya naik! Untungnya, kali ini dia ga pipis-in nursenya lagi. Kejadian wkt itu naked-tuan aidan lagi ditimbang, tiba2...suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuur...muncrat tinggi sekali! Maaf ya susteeeeeeeeeeer...hehehe.
Aidan tu emang paling jail. Dulu baru lahir, berapa kali gue dan hubby di muncratin. Lagi mandi lah, lagi di lap lah. Lagi ganti diapers lah. Lucunya dia pipis disaat yg ga diduga2. Kalo kita siap2 tutupin 'tutupin aidan kecil'nya pake tissue atau wipey pasti dia ngga pipis. Coba deh kalo cuek bebek sok kekeuh ga tutupin pake wipey atau tissue boxnya lagi jauh...langsung aja 'tuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing suuuuuuuuuur'. Biasanya hubby langsung teriak " Oh no..oh no! I've been aidanized! " atau kalo gue yg dipipisin dia teriak " Hahahaha, you've been aidanized!"
Rabu, shooting untuk iklan tv asuransi
ini di
sini dari jam 5pm sampe 10pm. Seru banget. Seperti biasa, banyak dapet temen baru. Sempet ketemu dan ngobrol sama salah satu cowo(yg sumpah mampus cakepnya setengah mati...huahuahua) yg juga ikutan shoot hospital ini yg gue turned down bbrp minggu lalu. Kata dia, it was so much fun. Mereka2 di treat kayak celeb aja. Dapet trailer sendiri dan all kinds of food and drinks. Katanya they ended up doing it 2 days in a row. Means they doubled the $! Whoaaaaaaaaaaa ...
Akhirnya sebelum shoot dimulai dan sesudah sign paperworks for the contract, gue ngobrol2 sama Dave (yg dulu pernah barengan foto sama gue), Katie (dari agency) dan si cowo keceh itu. Kita ketawa2 cekikikan kayak org gila. But but but...all I could think of was I MISS my babieeeeeeeeeees!!!!!
Jumat. Lunch di rumah Rica. Rame2 with the other girls. Kenyaaaaaaaaaaang!
Minggu ke
situ ma hubby. Beli2 segala macem printilan tuk nge remodel kamar mandi kita. Anak2 kita titip di rumah mertua. Mereka pada ke puppet show semetara kita lari2 ke 2 different Lowe's. Capeeeeeeeee.
Selasa, ke mall bareng Bernadette tuk ketemuan Julie. Naomi sleepover di rumah kita 2 malem. Nadja seneng banget ada temen main.
Rabu Imelda dateng berkebun. Pake bawa2 cangkul sendiri dan perabotan lenong lainnya berikut berjuta2 taneman. She knows for sure that I dont have green thumbs. Plants and I dont get along! Anyway she taught me how to do this and that and this and names of the plants. Which at the end of the day, of course, all I remember best was ONLY how to water the plants!
Jumat, ke pottery barn bareng bernadette dan anak2. lagi2 beli pernak pernik kamar nadja. canopy for her bed, pillows, shams, bedding, valance, frames, mirror, etc. beli diaper stacker tuk aidan, which I really dont need. huh!
Sabtu Lunch with my girlfriends di rumah Imelda..without the kids of course, afterwards rencananya kita mo bowling. Tapi kok abis makan langsung males dan ngantuk ya. So we had 2 choices...bowling..or (window) shopping. Jelaslah pasti yg mana yg dapet suara terbanyak. It was a no-brainer. Akhirnya ke mall. Gue beli blazer garis2 ijo biru putih. so cute. anak2 nginep di rumah neneknya. Kangeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen. Gue sampe rumah jam 11an.
Minggu di rumah. bangun jam 11 siang gila kayak hang over gitu.
senin, ga ngapa2in. maleeeeeeeeeees banget gue hari ini. and i am still waiting for the check dari iklan itu! I sooooooooo need some moolah!
