TUAN AIDAN 4 BULAN.Thursday, he had his doctor appointment. The poor little guy (again) had 3 shots. He has gained almost 3lbs in the last 6 weeks. And he is almost 26in long as per last Thursday. Doctor said he is going to be a tall guy, just like daddy (forget mommy, she's a shorty!). It was his first time eating rice cereal that day. Nadja wanted to help feeding him with the wee spoon while I took pictures. Funny faces, best mementos.
Aidan likes to play with his Lamaze baby gym. Mommy's friend that owns a toy store at the mall gave that when mommy was 8 months preggo. He loves all the toys that daddy bought him, especially things that make noises. He is still his sister's NUMBER ONE fan, as being Nadja that she is, looooooves to entertain him day and night. He laughs his butt off everytime nadja doing her silly dances and sing songs (with a very very very squeeky voice). To see him laugh like that, is the most wonderful thing! Hubby and I love to watch those two play together, or napping side by side with one's arm hug the other's.
Aidan is a good baby. He never gives us hard time. He is very very very easy to take care of. (Stay that way, OK? Although once he starts crawling, it is probably going to be a different story).
We are so thankful for what we have now. Having 2 wonderful kids is a blessing. In 10-20-30 years we want to look back and say "We have raised our children well". PROUDLY.Mommy and daddy love you, munchkins!

The goodie bags for Nadja's bday party are done! I went by each kid's age(each kid gets 4-5 different things) that's why it was pain in the behind! It wasn't as easy as throwing lots of candies in a bag for every kids!
For the girls:
little purses, picture frames, crayons, princess pens, bead necklaces, hair scrunchies, candy, key chain, pencils, puzzle games, bendable ballerinas etc. I had to think who got long hair for the scrunchies and babies cant have beads necklaces.
For the boys:
plush toys, small lunch box, picture frames, army men, pencils, candy, smiley face games, dinosaurs etc.

Nadja got that slim portable tv and dvd player from Bubba (Rob's mom)for her birthday. She's a happy camper! Pap-pap (dad in law) gave her a card with money. Gram Bart (rob's dad's mom) gave her a card with money and also a bond. She always give Nadja bonds for birthdays, new years, lebarans (and xmas too!).

Since Nadja's bday was on Tuesday the 6th, we decided to take the kids to Renaissance Fest as her bday present on the Sunday before. Figured it would be perfect for her since she is into that fairy, princess-y stuff. She had the honour to meet and greet with the King and Queen. The Queen entitled her to be the princess for the rest of the day. That made Nadja's day. We had a great time. Last time we were there was when Nadja was only a year old.

Monday was Labor Day. Hubby took the kids to the park to play so that I could have some free time. So I stripped down to my tank top and short and ran upstairs, put on my Sheila Madjid cd (she rocks! love u love u love u) and trying to finish painting Nadja's Castle (play room). I was singing (real loud) and dancing to the music. Haha, that was fun! The room is now 70%done. I have to paint the trim and the window frame to a different color.
Here are the before pictures when I first started painting. I will post the after picture when its completely done. Who knows when.

Anyways, I managed to add another birthday present for nadja. The store nearby was having sale on canvases long time ago. A dollar a piece, so I bought a bunch of them. About 2 months ago, Nadja and I started painting and doing some art projects. I will take pictures of our paintings that we painted months ago.
But here is the one I did few days ago.
